5B2 – Integrated Electronic Devices
This module provides fundamental knowledge and analytical skills in CMOS integrated electronic devices and systems. It highlights the challenges of integrating a large number of electronic devices on a single chip and emphasises the importance of custom design automation tools for the physical implementation, testing, and verification of integrated circuits.
